Maturity can't measured; it is a subjective statement that anyone is more mature than others. However, age does reflect maturity in most people. After all, maturity is gained when your brain learns new wisdom and so on.

While that is true, it can also depend on intelligence.

As you know, Hurricane Sandy was devastating. Some scientists are saying this is because of climate change. The problem is is that a storm similar like Sandy could happen each year. We simply can not tolerate this amount of destruction every year. We need to take action.
