R2 - trip mines
L1 - shooting
L2 - pipe bombs
D-pad up - Duke Vision/taunting
D-pad left - Steroids
D-pad right - HoloDuke
D-pad down - beer
X - jump
square - reload
Circle - melee
Triangle - weapon switch
right stick bumper - crouch
left stick bumper - sprint
Adding a temporary pause screen between weapon switching like Bioshock is just going to ruin the gameplay.

Just adapt to it because I can.timesplitters 2 handled multiple weapons fine on the ps2 controller. there was also a console version of serious sam with multi weapons. hell, i'd even take a thing where you only had 2 active weapons at a time, but could pick up all the other weapons and just go to a pause menu where you could swap out the 2 active weapons with other ones in your inventory.
While I agree with this but it actually makes fun of games that have regenerative health. That's why they have it in the first place. Duke is so bad ass his ego heals himself. They poke fun at why regenerative health makes no sense.
Take off in game help in options.
the original way to restore health was by doing badass things. i'd take that in a heartbeat over generic regen health.
did not know that.

unless they patch in a way to carry more than 2 weapons, cut the regen health, and remove highlighting objects, duke nukem forever will never be a good game

First he insults me as I beat him into a pulp, he then blocks me from his room, calls me a sore loser (I can't be if I never lost), accuses me of hiding in a corner (I was never hiding I found him each time by coincidence) and then he accuses me for having an alt named storm wolf because he too also beat this cigarette at his own game.
DeffJammers50401 is nothing but a friend that camps with the enforcer gun all day (a heavy weapon that shoots out homing lasers) and if anyone slightly gets close to his score he kicks them out and blocks them.
