Do your best with your mom.
Child servieces isn't the way to go. Been there done that all it does is usually put you in worse situations.
Be strong maybe trust if your really 14 think of it as you survive a lot of your life up till this point. Just when your mom says and do stuff realize you may never change her or she may never change. Doing so will open your path and lead you to success.
Currently I have lived in a group home (a place were teenagers get sent usually) and it wasn't that helpful. Often finding myself more stressed then before. So do your best and try and stay at home.
