edit: i really want to point out how hard the dev is trying to appeal to the "easy-games-masquerading-as-hard games" crowd on the steam page

seconding this. the video looks pretty easy, if i'm being honest. basic platforming and enemies that die in 2-3 hits? the gunplay looks satisfying but i'm definitely not getting a "this is a difficult game" vibe from it at all.

toy guns do, but pellet guns don't. i have a pellet gun modeled after an M&P 40, and that thing is convincing until you get real close.
