id feel pretty safe in saying that while any social media intervention didnt reach us, it probably got seen by a lot of our parents and grandparents. ive had to tell me dad to get off the phone with "microsoft" because of popup ads more than once. if there is a group of people who are more easily influenced by things they see online, it's old people.

at this point should I just see where the future leads me

seems to me likes its your only option. what happens with you and this girl next is that you both are gonna appraise each other's personalities and see if you fit together. do you like her and does she like you? those kinda questions are gonna get answered soon. ride it out and see where you end up.

girls are just so complicated

this could be an unhealthy attitude. girls aren't another species. they're like you. they make mistakes, change their minds, try new things. human stuff. her rejecting you and going back on that isn't complicated, or rather its no more complicated than anything you might do.

Dreams_of_cheese give me some more advice please, you're actually really good at this
