If its base 64, and its this long, its probably an image.

Yeah I used this to test the most obvious variants, couldn't get anything to work. I thought it would be as easy as reversing the rotated hex, then applying an unknown level of rotations using watercactus as a key

Off Topic / Re: Why is All Lives Matter considered tribal?
« on: May 30, 2017, 02:27:24 PM »
I don't get it, don't all lives matter? Oh no, they say that by saying All Lives Matter you don't recognize black lives.

but BLM doesn't recognize asian, police, native american, etc lives.

Also it sounds egocentric when your group is called "Black Lives Matter" why isn't it called "Black Lives Matter, Too"
ALM is not tribal imo but looking at it from an outside perspective it looks to be minimizing the efforts made by groups like BLM.

The point of groups like BLM is to emphasize the injustice towards a minority group, lumping them all together leaves them feeling further marginalized. BLM itself is not tribal since it's about equality and asking for equal stance, not about a race being better or worse than another.

Same with feminism, females have some advantages in life and so do males. Why is it focused on only one of the genders getting more rights.
Your statement proves itself wrong, feminism isn't about getting MORE rights than men, it's about getting more rights to have the same amount of rights as men. It's easy to think that we are all born equal but in most cultures men are favoured over women. The bias towards men creates disproportionate ratios of men-to-women in colleges, universities, businesses, etc. The important thing to remember is that it isn't just about asking men to  treat women equally, there are plenty of women who believe women should be dedicated family makers and house wives, they hinder younger women's development just as much if not more than men do since they are often the authority figures in young women's lives.

Other parts of the problem include the fact that men prefer working with other men so in an already male-dominated work environment they are more likely to hire other men to maintain the comfort level, same goes for promotions and bonuses hence the wage gap. Then there's other things too like marketing, games tend to have a male protagonist because most of the game creators are male, game consoles are targeted towards males, so the game is created to create a connection with a male player. The problem isn't with any individual part of the process it's a problem of an endless cycle that perpetuates a gender bias.

Tried my best couldn't come up with anything fruitful. My guess is that the deciphered version is some kind of program or image. I tried forwards and backwards ciphers using various rotations and alterations of watercactus but yeah nothing works

If you're not an idiot you can get by with none. If other people use your computer or you regularly download risky stuff then maybe Webroot antivirus

Either way it's a good idea to install Glasswire

The windows xp thing is not entirely true actually.
The article you linked says "works on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and 2008 operating systems."
That's for the second program, the program mainly mentioned WannaKey only works on XP at the moment

you guys ever have one of those dreams like in Futurama when Leela ate that space bee honey and she would think that what she's seeing is reality, but it turns out to be dreams inside dreams?

I had this happen one time and it was legit one of the scariest times in my life. For a week I questioned whether I was dreaming and tried to convince myself it was by throwing myself into a (slow moving) car.

stuff is scary, definitely messes with you for a while. It's the kind of stuff that lead towards philosophers like René Descartes coming up with "Cogito ergo sum" [I think, therefore I am] -- > I can ponder my own existence therefore even if I am asleep and dreaming I know i exist in some form but can never know if my current state of mind is 'reality'
