It's an Android/iOS app but there are Android desktop emulators like BlueStacks and Remix OS Player that you can use to run it on Windows

why not? judging someone's ability based on what they wear is straight-up anencephalic

It's about being taken seriously, you don't dress in a panda suit for a clown job. You have to agree that some jobs require certain 'uniforms'. I think it's entirely up to the employer to decide dress code as long as it's not loveist or offensive. If my boss wanted to fire me because I don't wear the right colour shirt I don't think that's ridiculous as long as it was agreed upon. So like Red Spy says if you're applying for a position that has some type of 'uniform' dress code then dress the part for the interview too.

kind of but not really related: professionalism is forgetin outdated and i wish the whole suit and tie thing for jobs would die off and everybody just wears jeans and tshirt or whatnot

Completely depends on the industry, I wouldn't want to deal with an investor who shows up in shorts

Download the latest version from their official website (polarisoffice.com) and install it. Do a reboot, then either install IObit or Revo Uninstaller and use that to uninstall Polaris Office, it will run the official uninstaller for the program then do a sweep of the system afterwards to look for missed registry and files. Reboot again after that. Profit.
