oh god whats this guys name i cant remember. some jerkhole that threw a fit like this when bl went retail, and it was harder to make addons. he was convinced it was near impossible compared to vanilla days.Bleh7777. He was a pretty cool guy, and his servers were fun, but yeah, he completely lost it when retail came out. It's quite a shame, really. He seemed like a pretty good mod developer.

My problem with the update is that it was bullstuff. I expected angels to rain down from the sky and stuff out more default maps, weapons and items.

An external pref file is another thing that people can lose, overwrite, mix up with other files, or mismatch with the wrong exe version. I went out of my way to make the launcher a self-contained executable.Yeah I just realized how it would make no sense at all to store it to Blockland's pref file if the launcher would have to know the location of that directory in the first place to be able to check it. I guess I can work with the shortcut to the launcher, providing I don't accidentally start the launcher itself and cause a new Blockland directory to be created.
