i do live there, if you count NC as the south. i've also lived in Georgia and a couple other placesI wouldn't really call NC a southern state but I can totally see where you're coming from. The only rebuttal I offer up is stuff like Red Dawn, and movies/situations of that type. Look at the revolutionary war. We were farmers with pitchforks and old rusty guns.
it still stands that the army could pretty much take the whole country over easily, civilians having guns wouldn't stop it
