My dad has told me stories of how his family didn't lock the doors when going to sleep because there was no reason to. This was a good time. Guns were not a problem then. I wish that we could go back to that sort of thinking. But yet when a man drunkenly runs over your family
We blame the man, and sometimes the alcohol. Of course it wasn't the car, it was being driven, and it's a tool! We use it to travel!
Did your dad, per chance, live in the ghetto? Or maybe in an area where there was a REALLY high crime rate, like parts of New York maybe? No? Wow that's surprising! 100% sarcasm
You misunderstand. There is no mentality for guns. What I feel while shooting down range, and what you feel can be totally different. When I'm on the range, I give 100% of my focus to the gun so that I can protect myself and others. I don't, however, think to myself "man, I am shreddin' that bulls-eye, I could take out an army of human beings!" That's not my mentality. That's the mentality of a mentally unwell person.
