California

Only state currently that allows mary jane.

However, it's easy enough to conceal and police won't bust down your door over it unless you have weed pouring out your chimney...
Just keep in mind all the different views and such each state has. I'd reccomend just going on a vacation here to the US, and drive around or something, hook up with someone who's willing to roadtrip with you.

Yeah, that sounds good.

Meet someone. From these forums. And go on a roadtrip.

On second thought, just move to California, you'll figure it out.

Last I checked Obama has a lead in Ohio, which according to my US History Honors teacher, Ohio is a very important state (being something along the lines that every other president who has ohio wins the election or something, I'm pretty sure it's not a 100% win rate if you get ohio.)
