Short wavelength blue strains of light, commonly emitted only by screens, mess up the production of melatonin which is responsible for making you fall asleep. At least one our before sleep do something like read a book or better yet, do a little exercise and you'll soon find yourself falling asleep almost instantly and forming a healthy sleeping pattern which boosts your everyday life.

Thats why I have a green digital clock :^)
(Green is best wavelength stuff for clocks)

I really hate the pc master race attitude some people have. I also hate how exaggerated people say consoles are.
What you need to do is just calmly tell everyone about some of the benefits compared to consoles. If they don't know about something like fps then go and explain it to them.

They went full friendry, cant calmy explain stuff to them when the constantly yell at me console it better.
also explained what fps is. Result:

"Omg nolifer, go outside you nerd."

Tbh I like console better due to my crap computers and crap internet. If I could run games well on unlimited internet, I'd very much change my mind though.

When I was younger I placed on console too because I couldnt affort a good computer. Now my ps3 is just sitting there attracting dust for 2 years now.
