I apologize for the absence of the situation summary,

Basically, I was just trying to have a good time at a fort war, talked with a few of the admins, and hosts.
They seemed pretty cool at first, Then they started to act really..really..douche-like.
Killing random players, with lights on. driving planes into buildings, basically.
The "I'm the host, obey me" Sort of jazz.

It looks like it's traced.

I wouldn't know for sure, but stuff that proportionally correct without a skeleton is rare.

I drew the skeleton first, used the second layer to draw above, I thought i was drawing on the blank layer, But it was on the skeleton, I retraced the blue outline, the erased gaps are when I screwed up, like I said. WIP
