Games / Gamecube Controller won't "show up" in Dolphin

Hello fourms, I wasn't sure where to put this so, here it is;

I'm using a Dolphin Emulator(x86), and when I boot up the game (Super Smash Bros. Brawl) it seems that only the Wii Remote responds to all actions, and the Gamepad (Logitech F310 on Xinput), which is set to GameCube Controller won't respond or do anything, at all.

And yes, I legally own this game, I have no intention of pirating it.

When I start Sonic Generations on steam, I get the error "The program can't start because MSCVP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." now you probably think "Reinstall it duh", I did, it still pops up, anyone have any ideas to whats happening?

So for Christmas I got computer parts, I put the whole thing together, the PSU is in correctly, my dad actually did most of it and he was an engineer and know how to do this, the computer works, 2 beeps at start up, lights go on on the tower, the fans work, but the monitor, keyboard, and mouse all don't respond, my dad did some research I need the OS to recognize the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, but I need the BIOS to install the OS I need to install the BIOS, but to do that the computer needs to recognize the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, I was going the call the Video Card manufacturers tomorrow but I have no idea what is wrong, can ANYONE help?

Off Topic / Sonic Spinball isn't working?

I got Sonic Spinball for the Sega Genesis on Thursday, it won't work, I tried using a q-tip to clean it off, it turns out that it has a small jagged chiped part of the card that goes into the Genesis, I'm returning it tomorrow and most likley getting a different game, if anyone has ideas beforehand, I'd like to hear them.

Browsing steam for games I might want to try and then I see this;



I was like, cool now I can play Sonic CD and Adventure 2, maybe the other ones possibly.

I then wondered, where these games added to Steam, I knew Sonic Generations and Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed were on there but not Sonic 4 Ep.I, Ep. II, Sonic CD, and Sonic Adventure 2 were on steam, I'll try those when I have the money

Please don't flame me for wanting these games, I just think that they would be a good idea for me to try them out, I'm kinda getting into Sonic games.
