Processor seems a little on the low-end, but should work fine nonetheless.  What's your display adapter, and what games are you trying to emulate?

I've recently re-installed my os which for some reason I cant "change" to 64-bit? anyway, I'm trying to emulate brawl/pm and melee. (I dont know what you mean by display adapter)

Why do you have 8 GB of RAM installed, but run a 32-bit OS?

I have 8 gb of ram because budget and running a 32-bit os because I forgeted up my installation and dont feel like installing the 64-bit
