im sure this question has been asked before...but im asking now how do you make/convert a v9 add-on?

« on: August 11, 2008, 04:18:55 PM »This is how you install add-ons for the ultimate idiot.lol deffinatley foe ultimate idiot i just created shotcut to blockland directory to my desktop opem=n it and drag and drop....much simpler.
1. Click the download link (these links are blue and usually start with www.)
2. A window is going to pop up. Click save (under open).
-(2.5) If it automaticly opens WinRAR or any other program close it.
3. You should know where your computer saves files to. Go to it (mines Desktop)
4. Click the add-on once (so it hilights it.) Then press CTRL-X.
5. Now click my computer.
6. Now click C:.
7. Now click Program files.
8. Now click Blockland.
9. Now click Add-Ons.
10. Now press CTRL- V
11. Now go into Blockland.
12. Press 'Start A Game'
13. There is a button that says Add-ons. Click it and check the addon you installed

my windows failed..i found my self re-installing quite often so i find myself wondering.I decided to use linux instaed. It like a zillion times better.But the bad part is is that windows apps run with lag so.....Badspot or som1 else re-compile the binary to run w/ linux? My blockland dont run proper so this would really help.

uum you download them
extract the folder
move the folder that says add-ons or sometimes base into the main blockland directory
(this can be found in my computer/programfiles/blockland)
click yes to all when window comes up
open blockland
click start game on that menu click add-ons tab
check off the add-on you downloaded
if it doesnt work in-game you did somthing wrong
=D this should successfully get you some add-ons!
