Off Topic / not so illegal stuff in my school...

... caused by the administration. They recently installed this thing on ALL computers (Chromebooks, macs, the few PC's) which allows the administrator to view ALL computers IN THE SCHOOL'S screens, view details on the application the computer is running, and TRACK KEYSTROKES.
Last time I heard, that is extremely illegal.
This bullstuff also tracks history, programs, and takes screenshots when certain things are done on the teacher machine. This is COMPLETELY frustrating when 80% of highschool work is done on the computer, and you can't help but feel like the teacher is watching word by word what you are typing. It's not necessary, because the school already has skyrocket(I think that's what it's called?) blocking half the internet for "Adult material", like the BLF, about.com, yahoo answers, and WIKIPEDIA. The BLF is justified, but Wikipedia? What bullstuff.

Welcome to the LGBTQA megathread, where we post all things under the umbrella term queer and celebrate the worlds first small steps towards equality for all genders and loveuality.

L-lesbian:

A lesbian is a female who expresses romantic or loveual attraction to other females, whether primarily or exclusively, or a female who self-identifies as lesbian.

G-Gay:

Gay is a term that primarily refers to a homoloveual person or the trait of being homoloveual.

Note: Gay is usually used when referencing same love interactions between two people who identify as male, but also can be used as an umbrella term.
B-Biloveual:

Biloveuality is romantic attraction, loveual attraction or loveual behavior toward both those who identify as males and those who identify as females.

T-Transgender:

Transgender is the state of one's gender identity (self-identification as woman, man, neither or both) or gender expression not matching one's assigned love (identification by others as male, female or interlove based on physical/genetic love).

Note: love and gender are not the same thing! The difference all boils down to a seemingly simple ideal: love = male and female, and Gender = masculine and feminine.
Note²: If you know you are speaking with a transgender/any variation of trans, please ask them for their "Preferred Pronouns". Gender specific and neutral pronouns can be sensitive to some trans people, so dont be shy to ask! Some popular ones are: Them: They went to the store. Ze: Ze(pronounced ZEE) went to the store.

Questioning:

The questioning of one's gender, loveual identity, loveual orientation, or all three is a process of exploration by people who may be unsure, still exploring, and concerned about applying a social label to themselves for various reasons.

Note: It is COMPLETELY normal to question your gender, loveual identity, and loveual orientation. Please visit the F.A.Q. for more info.
Queer:

Queer is an umbrella term for loveual and gender minorities that are not heteroloveual, or gender-binary.

A-Aloveual:

Aloveuality (or nonloveuality) is the lack of loveual attraction to anyone or low or absent interest in loveual activity.

Note: Many variations of this exist, including grey-aloveual, loveually repulsed, and more.

Orientation minorities

Is there something wrong with being queer?

No.

Can gay people change their loveual orientation or gender identity?

No, gender identity/loveual orientation is NOT a choice, so it cannot be simply changed.

How does someone know they are lesbian, gay, biloveual or transgender?

It's all natural. Some say they knew from childhood, and others say they felt like it was just right.

Should I talk to a loved one about his or her loveual orientation or gender identity before the person talks to me?

They will come out to you when it is their time. NEVER, EVER ask someone if they are gay, or any variations thereof.

Is there difference between loveual and romantic attraction?

Yes. Romantic attraction is a feeling that causes people to desire a romantic relationship with someone. Ex: I want to be in a relationship with that woman! loveual attraction is attraction on the basis of loveual desire or the quality of arousing such interest. Ex: I want to have love with that woman!

Is it okay if I question my loveuality?

Determining your loveual orientation can be a confusing experience, but only you can truly determine it, on your own terms. Don't let anyone tell you who you are attracted to.
Ask more questions if needed, it will be my/others pleasure to answer them.

he was really unstable because he had mental problems
today, he posted a Self Delete note on facebook and said he drank a whole bottle of bleach
he hasn't responded since then
im really scared

Help / "Tests" in RTB prefs?

When I go to the preferences tab in sever control with RTB, there's an are labeled "Tests", one is labeled "Test 1" and has an area where you can type something in, and another labeled "Test 2" with a slider. Changing anything does not seem to affect anything. I disabled all addons, and it was still there. What does this mean, and what does this do? Thanks.

It would be nice to have a playertype that sprints when you right click, but the normal running speed is decreased by about 20% of the normal running speed.

Gallery / BNFB App: Aria Orient

        This is a rather large build I made while hosting my futuristic mini empire. Inspired by a Jaeger from the movie "Pacific Rim". I know a giant mech isn't really fitting for a flight clan, but I have a real talent tor eventing and creating detailed builds. Enjoy!

A quick overview of the robot, with scaffolding attached. During construction, men use the scaffolding to get to key points of the robot.

A shot from beneath the robot without the scaffolding. You can see its hyper-reactive nuclear core, and the details in the upper legs and hands.

A shot to review its overall size, and to reveal the control pedestal it stands upon. You may also see his T-21 Chain sword for close quarter combat.

Here you can see his hydraulic fluid canisters. They hold what is required for the robot to move.

You can see a close up of his chain sword and his immense leg. He has fingers, but are practically useless.

Now for the good part: Projectile weaponry.

Here, you can see his hulking chest, which hides an explosive surprise.

Here is the control panel. The "Main button shoots a burst of standard explosive rounds. rounds. The "Arm" Button uncovers his chest pads, revealing several warheads. The "Fire" button launches the missiles at a high velocity. Be wary, though. If the "Fire" button is pressed before arming the missiles, it will cause a very large explosion.

The chest pads only open if the arm button is pressed. You have a 3 second time window for when you can fire the missiles.

Help / Odd camera angles?

recently, Ive been making some small movies in blockland, and ive seen many great videos that use some sort of odd camera tilt-thing. It is seen in this video, around the 00:42 mark, the camera starts to tilt and maneuver more ways than the average F8 camera can. I am asking if this is a special camera technique, or an in game mod, or something like that. Thanks.

Ok, so I used to play a certain game all the time. It is a lot like the powder game, but there was always a beige box squirming around in the playing area. If you selected the element salt and put it on the box, it started to shrink. I don't remember what it is called, but do you guys know anything about the game?

Off Topic / A Problem.

           This isn't a rant, but more of a personal problem. Recently, my 7 year old sister was raped by her alcoholic father. She lives in my late mothers house, which I visit time to time. As I write this, she sits in my living room, asking god to kill her. When she goes to bed, her dreams are invaded by night terrors and nightmares. She cries and wails for her "Evil daddy to come for her". My best efforts to console her are useless, she only acts as if I were an enemy, and tries her best to get away from me. She goes to therapy, and the therapist says that the mental pain caused by this is irreversible. The reason I am writing this is because the extreme pain it has caused me. I get about only two hours of sleep per night, due to her loud cries. The worst thing about this is the father. As previously stated, he is an alcoholic. He has been in many drunk driving crashes, and he has had many suicidal thoughts. He was proven guilty, but the state didn't do stuff about this. I personally have an extreme hate for this man, because of the emotional and physical pain it has caused my sister. My stepfather only hits her on the ass during her terror induced episodes, thinking it will make her stop. She doesn't go to school anymore, due to her violent nature.  Sorry for wasting your time reading this dumbass story. I just needed to get this off of my chest.
