« on: November 17, 2014, 04:16:36 PM »His eyes are a bit wonky (looking in two different directions) and the front part of his skull is squished inward a lot, but otherwise not a bad render, especially if its your first actual human. The depth and the shading is pretty good, though your line contours are kinda confusing, can't tell if you were trying to hide your pencil marks (making it more photo-realistic) or were trying to emphasize them (as in stylized)..yah, my first attempt (excluding my scribblings as a young child, of course.
If I were a teacher, I'd give it a solid B+ if not an A- if this was your first attempt at a real person.

Magicka and Just Cause were/are fun, but Blockland will forever have a special place in my heart. I'm almost to 800 hours on steam, and probably over 3300 hours total.

Ninja, that PSU in Swat's build is very underpowered for an R9 280. He needs at least a 500 watt, but with AMD parts probably closer to 600 to be safe.

besides if its anything you want to improve its the gpu. that's the real deal behind gaming. the cpu doesn't do as much or anything really.
someone suggest he get an i7 instead of an i5 with a GTX 750. I said not to, there'd be a huge bottleneck.
