The only time I get caffeine is a couple mountain dews a week. I'm not reliant on caffeine at all and would like to keep it that way.

The Cardinals? M8 it's early in the season. Last time we lost the first three games we won the World Series. For the 11th time. How many WS wins do the Cubs have? Oh that's right, ZERO.

i think women are socialized not to consider STEM as an area they could have a career in so its a good idea to be trying to reverse it

This. I think that many women would be great at the job, but just don't feel that it's right for them because they're female. All this is trying to do is correctly dissipate this stereotype.

Now when it's trying to get women involved just BECAUSE they're female, than I feel that theirs an issue.
