Jail RP's are extremely unoriginal and tend to have stuffty administrators. There is practically a Jail RP server on every sandbox game out there. All you do half the time is get yelled at by some handicapped admins that don't listen to your half of the story or just do it because they feel stuffty or have a headache or something.

 I remember one time on a G-Mod Jail RP an admin was just slapping everybody and when I asked him why he replied with; "Admins get bored too!" If you're bored go loving do something and quit stuffty on everyones fun.

Yeah, Overcast is the correct term you're looking for. It's where there is a lot of dark clouds above yet no rain.
