He hung around for a bit after that happened though, didn't he?

after the saga, they were apparently seeking legal advice (pretty sure it resulted in them not being able to do anything)

shortly after, various websites that held the trail to his home address were scrubbed of said information (not the cached versions though lol; internet 1, icy 0)

after that, he's gone. i wouldn't be surprised if his dad just told him to gtfo of the community, which would have been the smart thing to do given the situation. you don't really want to stick in a place where you're a) disliked) and b) said dislike-rs hold a tonne of information on your family and residential address
