A fully automated aeronautics manufacturing plant that can build most goods from schematics without human input except with raw materials and occasional maintenance opens up in northern Sweden, more of these plants are expected to be opened as the economic situation in the Kalmar Union is mitigated. It is designed to be an extremely efficient plant that recycles normally unused or wasted material in the manufacturing process and minimizes industrial and energy waste. The plant is intended to produce environmental control components and filtration systems at a lower cost to further mitigate the damage of radioactive fallout. Construction of the plant was funded by various private and public interests. The facility is based on automated fabrication and assembly tech produced during the space program

it's up to the germans but they can just fortify the mountains on the spanish-french border and ask IP members to reinforce the blockade on france
helicopter footage of looters before the police moved in along with rioters throwing stuff at police doing nothing is released.
there's also video of workers repairing infrastructure to restore electrical service as rioters harass them
with the suspicion of foul play, satellite footage is checked to see if there was any sabotage
temporary military generators are set up in the meantime as repairs progress
renewable sources are hooked up instead
also anti-spy operations are expanded from swedish jurisdiction (woo)
all travelers from SASA is banned and any foreign residents from there are expelled from the country to germany or back to SASA
