would the situation change if the person threatening you was armed with a firearm? it might not even be obvious that a person is armed with a firearm.

If they have a gun and are threatening you with it, it would be justified. If they have a bat or something, probably not.

If you can see a riot, don't drive into them. If a riot forms around you, get out of there the easiest way you can. The goal is to find the path of least resistance. No hitting, no nudging, honk as necessary.

If you're in the middle of a riot, get out of the riot and phone the police to give details of the people who hit your car. There's bound to be camera footage to go off of, too.

someone hits your car, you can citizen's arrest them or signal an officer. you don't get to run them over. this is common sense.

how would i think that would work out in my favor? you know she died. everyone reading this thread knows she died. trying to downplay it wouldn't work unless you don't have a tv or an internet connection. getting hit by a car will probably kill you.

it's not about assuming no one will find out, it's just playing with words to make you seem right. same thing news sites do.

that wasn't even my argument to begin with. my argument is that killing someone and assault + property damage are comparable. all you do is call me and tac a ghoul

because there's no definitive answer here. all i can do is give my two cents, which is that killing someone can never equate to assault or especially to property damage.
