And yes, mining is stupid :)Furdle, I just went mining this Weekend in Nevada for about twenty hours in total. It just so happened that at the same time I was there, three western fairs were being held. , that was a tremendously large part of the old west and the entire economy. I'm not asking you to add it because it all of the other RPGs out there have them and we should too, I'm asking you because it is a HUGE part of Early Western Settler's culture. It's not a loving sensitivity issue, you insulted our server for no good reason beyond a grudge you've held onto for at least two years now. You even had the audacity to make a drama topic on me because you weren't getting your way, then you tried to generalize and insult anyone who stood up for me.My comments have been listed in bold.
Let's get some points down:My intentions were never to purposely insult your admins, I would also like to restate the problem I had with Snick0rz was a misunderstanding.
- It doesn't matter if it's original or not, it's still liked by the community and has a lot of effort put into it.
- Kniaz is quite fine with it being an off-shoot from bluzone, and I even believe he's told you this on more than one occasion.
- Saying my admins are too immature or insensitive is an insult when it comes from you, as so far you've caused so much stuff over your "Personal feelings."
You're right, the arguments were unnecessary, but to me, I wanted to express my emotions about the matter.
- If you had spent the time that you spent on arguing to actually differ the many, many differences from the bluzone, you wouldn't be banned in the first place.
Were the fights I was in with some of your admins relevant to Winterbite? Personal affairs I have had with them in the past that did not involve the server should not be held against me for the server.
- I had enough reason to permanently ban all of your owned keys based on the three odd threads you were fighting with my admins in.
I would like to be unbanned if you would unban me.
- I offered to appeal your ban and forget about the argument, you just were too caught up in your own opinions to "Let me get away."

I'll say it again, you can be unbanned if you stick to your words that you won't pick any more fights. Beyond this point, I've already stated exactly what you've done wrong, why you were banned and how you can be unbanned. If this is what you want so desperately, here you go.
As much as I loved it, Bluzone isn't unique in any way. Thousands upon thousands of serious role-playing communities exist. Other servers with a post-apocalyptic setting exist. Winter Bite popped up after Bluzone left because in my mind it was clear that people actually enjoyed having a serious role-playing server in Blockland and so I decided to work on a role-play project. Ike joined in the project nearing the end. I think every single person can agree that there are similarities between Bluzone and Winter Bite due to the fact that both have zombies, both are serious role-playing servers and both use the same addons. I thank you for your honesty. The point of my campaign to make less zombie based servers included Winterbite yes, but was not intentionally asking for Winterbite to make itself more original. Ike debated that it was original which I felt was false. I only wanted him to claim admittance.Please read my comments in bold.
And to be honest, I would rather you start blaming me rather than Ike for the decisions he has made. As the host of the server I have absolute full control on everything that happens. If I disagree with a ban, then I will remove it. However, it's my decision to keep you banned due to your constant going-on about how our admins suck and Winter Bite isn't original and the same argument over and over again. Not to mention, you keep bringing up this whole "richard" situation non-stop. The person who set their name to that was unbanned and no further issues have popped up. Snick0rz isn't insulting anyone with the name richard either and to be honest, you're the one being over sensitive about this whole situation. I feel I should have been banned a long time ago if I was remarking those comments about your admins, why didn't you ban me then?
I wasn't stating that Snick0rz was being sensitive about the "richard" situation, rather than him accusing me of disliking Germans and their culture, I am 25 percent German, actually. My personal opinion about the names is that we change the policy to be more lenient. You excuse poor behavior in the chat yet a legitimate name is offensive to you. Not to mention society also originally made the term "richard" into the male snake, people are inferring that they mean snake, and that's really a perception issue.
Then, whenever you seem to be "forgiving" for your actions yet then you always seem to mention how what you said is still true. Seriously, don't apologize at all if you don't actually mean it. When have I apologized and been dishonest? I do apologize for not being actually remorseful when I am trying to be.
Also, your interactions on the forums are fully relevant to if we want you on the server or not. Everything you do reflects how people see you. If you're being an arse to someone else then the chances are you'll be an arse to me. Yes, but it's unfair that you ban me with problems that are irrelevant to the server, affairs that I have with other people-such as your admins-should only be held against me if the problem I was having with them personally tied to something that happened in the server or the thread.
Also, please don't act surprised that we're accusing you for vandalism of the wiki. The edit was similar to your own constant argument so using basic logic we could pair up the possibility that you had edited the wiki to try and get your same point across. I understand your accusations but you should accept that I did not do it.
This topic has came to my mind, people talking about originality into Blockland. (especially you brozie)Ike is knowledgable on a lot of aspects, yet, I believe we are at an impasse with a few of them.
Blockland probably has a very large modding community, extremely large, as it's easy to mod into Blockland, everyone's into it.
Blockland has reached a place where almost nothing is no longer original, which means it has been done more than once, for example, guns. They're everywhere, everyone wants to make them yeah sure, call them unoriginal, but it doesn't mean it won't be fun to play around with it.
Same thing goes to this, just because Kniaz and few other people have done this, doesn't mean Winter Bite isn't fun as Zombies In the Bluzone was.
So Brozie listen, you're a pretty enjoyable guy to be around with, but listen to what Ike says because he's right.
Ike is a pretty nice guy and I find no need to you be around harassing him, or whatever you were doing..

I told you it wasn't original, which it wasn't, I wasn't saying to change it because it's already there, and if I did, I don't want you to now. You took this as a personal insult, it's not, I just want you to recognize that it is a Bluzone clone, which many people would agree with. I'm not asking you to change it, just accept it. The problem I had with Snick0rz was a sensitivity issue on his part, I have been to Germany, it's a great place, I understood his perspective, I even spoke to Capt'n about this. My great uncle is named richard, I suppose that it's his fault for his parents naming him that. Along with richard wasn't always a slang term, society made it that way, it's not in the dictionary for that reason(At least I believe it isn't, have fun looking it up). The problem I had a few months back is irrelevant but I do apologize for saying negative things about Winterbite, that wasn't very fair, even though they were not "lies". You banned me while I was trying to have a nice time at Portal's server but I was threatened and banned on the spot, which I never offended anyone on the server, and was not intentionally trying to do it on the Bluzone thread. My interactions with others on the Forums is also irrelevant. I find it entertaining that you tried to track my IP address, at that. I deny ever being apart of the Wiki being vandalized. It was probably someone who agreed with me.
I've tried explaining and reasoning with you. You're the one continuing the argument because you desperately want it to play out in your favor.
