No forget that, I'm not done here. A trial is conducted based off the evidence put out by either of the parties. If the evidence clearly leans to Zimmerman(said by Kaiiu himself) then there isn't anything to argue over. No further evidence has been brought forward, end of story.i never argued that. i argued your point that it was clear cut, and how who started has a big effect on the case.

You have to remember that after the call ended no one really knows what happened beyond Martin and Zimmerman fighting and Martin being shot. If the attorney had gone for manslaughter instead of murder, the provoke would have been the lynchpin in the case. Instead, they pressed for murder, which is killing with premeditated malicious intent. In small words, if Zimmerman had went out there with a specific agenda to kill Martin or someone. Since there was no way to prove this, the verdict was not guilty. Had they gone for manslaughter it would've been a toss up.

Whether he picked the fight or not, he's within his right to protect his life if in danger(hint: it was Trayvon was a loving thug with a criminal background). If they had gone for manslaughter, picking the fight would've been everything. They went for murder and tried to get the media to back them up. They lost, tough stuff. There's no evidence to suggest he did that, the court can't just assume Zimmerman provoked him.of course there is no evidence to support that he said something. couldn't really get evidence of that...

I honestly don't know anything about this whole issuehe's a wannabe cop because he tried to play hero and got himself into a situation he shouldn't have. the cops told him not to pursue, but he did.
but if someone called 911 several times before doing anything, then imo that should only further prove that their intentions were not simply to kill someone

It seems more likely a teenager would pick a fight with the neighborhood watch guy.no one knows though. tbh what's to say he didn't threaten him? no one knows what happened except George, but George is the who made all the mistakes in this instance.
