Heal your server needs some kinda direction... my cousin was telling me how boring it is to build stuff and have some starfish come by 2 seconds later and just dump lava on it...


Instead of always admining that stuff you should let it happen... let people make smalls groups of trusted friends and make their own hidden caves... make traps and stuff and the whole objective be to destroy the other peoples caves and stuff....

Be like a hide and seek basicly with a element of "who do you trust?"

in the end youll need to trust people who know where to find lava... and people who will join the other tribes and put out your lava source...


I think it would be pretty fun... it would definetly be something new and refreshing.


Obviously some rules would have to be in effect such as the base must have a clear visible entrance.. or it cannot be covered..

but nothing is stoping you from making a maze inside your base or lava traps and stuff...

iunno just saying it would be cool... would actually give people a reason to build stuff and work towards their tribes or wahtever

This is exactly why I don't like SMP yet, there are several things that prevent this.
