Off Topic / Is it possible to upgrade my laptop in any way besides memory?

So here's the deal:
MY LAPTOP SUCKS. It's slow, it's crappy, and I can't do stuff on it. It's a school laptop, go figure, no duh. Of course it's going to suck. But the thing is I just can't live with it at all. It's just so slow. I have some Pentium M 2 GHz which you'd think is okay, but isn't, and an integrated Mobile Intel 915GM/910GMS, 910GML Express (wtf kind of name is that anyway?). I'm fine on RAM, I have 1.25 GB total of it, but it's 533 MHz (cheap lol). I have a Dell Latitude D610 with Windows XP SP3. Did I mention my battery is also almost dead?

Bottom line: Is there any way shape or form (such as sending it to Dell or something) that I can upgrade the CPU and Graphics? I really don't care about power but still.

Off Topic / Normal text is italicized

For some reason any normal text is italicized in Google Chrome (Ever since I got it), and in IE7 (but not in FireFox, I just uninstalled firefox though I'm tired of it crashing).

Text here on the forums is fine, but the text on Google is, and other sites too.
How2fix?

I'm looking to upgrade my power supply just for getting a little ahead and making sure everything is going fine with my computer.

I'm thinking of buying this 550W power supply, but I'm not sure if I should.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte S-Series GA-EP43-DS3L, and my power supply powers an Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 @ 2.66 GHz, a 9800GT with a 6 pin PCI connector, 2 sticks of 1GB RAM both running at 677 MHz, and a 2GB stick at 800 MHz. It also powers a hard drive and DVD-R drive.
Here is a picture of the current power supply specs.

My question is, am I buying the right power supply, or do I even need an upgrade?

I'm building a city, and there's going to be a missile silo/launch site. I want to be able to tell everyone that there's a missile launch via events, but I don't want to go through the hassle of minigames to make this happen.

Can someone make a messageAll output event that doesn't require a minigame?

Mapping Help / Sky is missing in my RTB Isles Edit

I looked at my palm tree'd RTB Isles edit and thought to go ahead and fix it a little. I removed the spare trees on the island and floating ones that were made intentionally for my city, smoothed out a driving dirt road for the beach and mountain and slapped pine trees onto the mountain as a little terrain editing.

I saved it and packaged it into a separate Add-On zip file and went off to play L4D.
I went back to Blockland, opened it and the sky was just all blue. I can't figure out what's wrong with it and why it does this.

(Link removed lol) is my RTB Isles map edit. A few quick words:
1. I am NOT releasing this at all, don't worry.
2. I realize that there is no picture yet for the map.

Drama / There's a difference between RP, RPG and a Minigame.

I've been surfing around here (as usual), and I'm seeing lots of people throwing these terms around a lot and decided to clarify on what the hell they are and what you do.

Most if not all the facts listed here are out of opinion and based on Blockland only.

• RPs - Role Plays - Role Plays are where you act out things but just merely in form of text. Lets take a good example of a city RP server (NOT CityRP).
  
  Guy: Hi weapon dealer!
  Dealer: Hi! Want this gun for $5?
  Guy: Sure! (hands $5)
  Dealer: Here's your gun! (Gives gun)
  Guy: Thanks!
  
  Notice when the guy handed the dealer $5 I wrote in parentheses the action. He didn't literally send him $5, he didn't use some mod to transfer him $5 or anything. It was all out of texted roleplay. Of course the server host, if he/she has a brain, will put a limit on what you can/can't do in roleplay.
  
  
• RPGs - Role Playing Games - These are basically RolePlays, but with some sort of Add-On involved to create in-depth Role-Playing, i.e. really crappy cash mods and CityRP(G). People most often mistake this with Minigames (dude this'll be good for my war rpg!!!!!!!!) or Role-Plays (CityRP).
  
  
• Minigames - Minis, DMs, etc. - Obviously, minigames. Zombie Mod, TDM, Free For All DM, you name it. These, are really what is supposed to be said in Add-On topics (Hey I can use this in my War Minigame!). Often mistakened with RPG and very, very rarely, RPs.

I know we have a rocket and a gravity-affected rocket, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for.

Can someone please make a projectile with a slightly larger rocket and a long trail of smoke?
Realistic please, as in the smoke expands and disappears as the rocket flies away.

It'd be awesome to have a favorites tab in the Join Server GUI, much like Steam's Join Server GUI.
It'd be cool if it was based on BLID or IP, by choice.
When you see a server you like in the Join Server list, right click it and select "Add as Favorite by IP" or "Add as Favorite by BL_ID". Or, in-game, on the Escape menu right next to Disconnect or something.

Off Topic / Laptop seriously overheats

I have a Dell Latitude D610. The intake and outtake fans are fine, but when I feel the outtake fan it's a little hot, and the memory and CPU parts are a bit burning too.

What can I do to minimize the heat? Underclocking is not an option, my laptop is as slow as it is and I can't even change it probably.

Off Topic / I just saw the Space Shuttle launch from my hotel

I saw the news as I was flipping channels on the hotel TV, and me and my dad ran out right in time to see the Discovery rocket launching miles away. It was pretty awesome, not "oh cool we'll tell it to our grandchildren one day" awesome, like "HOLY stuff THATS COOL" awesome. It was all orange, then the booster rockets unclipped off the shuttle and we saw them dropping, then the shuttle went on and on into the sky. The smoke trail it left behind was cool too, and the sun was shining all over it.

Also I'm in Florida for Spring Break. Drove down from Baltimore Maryland, stopped overnight in NC, then drove the rest of today to St. Augustine. Tomorrow we're going to Panama City, rumored to be holding mtvU this year.
