Yeah. v9 took forever because Badspot was implementing stuff into Blockland. That takes a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time.
v10 was just bug fixes and balance changes. Simple code editing.
