I already unplugged and replugged.
I tried to punch in channel numbers, nothing.
I tried to enter the setup, but it only let me change language and subtitles and the setup was on the box display.
My parents are calling Comcast but all they get is a robot and the bill is paid. WTF.

I'm missing out on extra credit by watching the VP debate.
