This is completely impossible without engine changes. Which would be hard.

It's pretty much like the base vehicle back in v0002. Putting static bricks on a moving thing or making them move will cause ENORMOUS lag unless your on some sort of supercomputer of the 51st century.

It's really hard to make scripts for boats. They're in the works as we speak.

Because usually vehicles just fall straight down, even in water, and flying ones, well...fly.

Or shrink them or find good compresion software and put it in with the map or make a bunch of chunks of the pic and put them all in difrent posts so we can assemble it our selfs for all we care just get pics working before expecting downloads for any mod and or map, ok?

He doesn't even know what memory is. If he doesn't understand that, then he probably doesn't know what compression software is.

Update drivers for Vista.
Make sure to get hotfixes from microsoft.
If all fails, then the graphics card cannot work at all with Vista. Replace Vista with windows XP.
