Get a SVN client, preferbaly tortoise svn (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/) then after downloading the client, make a folder on your desktop called wiremodCO (for wiremod) or PHX for phx. After you've done that, you have to find the SVN link for both of the mods. For wiremod, it's http://wiremod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wiremod/trunk
For PHX, it's https://phoenix-storms.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/phoenix-storms. Right click the folder and click svn checkout for the specifed folder, then put in the links according to which addon you're installing. Then extract everything like you would as an addon, and you're set!

First. i found the issue. but i need a dl for the working version. the issue is RCT3.dat windows had a issue looking through that. can someone find a working rct3.dat for me to download? second. my disc reader reads both cds and dvds... edit: i forgot i had gold. can anyone help me get a rct3.dat for GOLD

The thing here is that rct3.dat is either one of two things I'm guessing.

It's either...

• An installation file that can't really be distributed without it technically being piracy.

or

• An important game file that can't really be distributed without it technically being piracy.

And once again, someone thinks it's a good idea to continue moving off-topic.

This is what happens in most direct serious drama threads.

It's the actual drama, then attempted attacks/rebuttals, then finally a stufffest about someone else over something else no matter how irrelevant to the real thread it is.

At this point it's usually best to judge the thread as derailed and leave it be until it'll get locked, which then it falls down to the bottom of Drama.
