I spent about 45 minutes going up- and down-stairs listening to support and messing with my modem.
Then, he said there was an outage in my area after 45 minutes. Just great.

Protip:

If you are at all on the phone for customer support with your ISP you shouldn't be with them.

KK soz i got home from school, played re4, got dead5 times, then got bored and went in my room to use wireless interwebz. i end up watching some hentia (stfu) and fall asleap.  i wake up and go bother my family for a bit, then i go back to my room.  my psp had been moved.  the thing im stuffin over is i left research site open.  im liek D: cause i didnt move it but one of my parrents did. noone said anything yet so im so scarred D: wat2do
