Is there even any way to protect against attacks like that? Mirror servers or something?
Firewalls can decline spam connections before they can do any damage to the server.

He/She will be caught of course? Right?
Caught? No.

No, I was not. Why do you insist that everyone that does not share your political viewpoint, doesn't have a basic understanding of history. We are having an intellectual conversation, we are not being condescending pricks.
I didn't say your political view was dumb, I said your statement that a 250 year old document consciously supports something that did not exist yet is dumb.

So who pays for the services? Your comments are currently going in a circle, so I'm going to respond to rockslide
The people? My comments are not going in a circle. If there are no government controlled services, companies will take over the services. People then pay the companies to provide these services. No taxes involved.

Yes I know that. But I was drawing a connection between the laws written down then and the way they are used now.
No, you were making a dumb comment.

Who's going to enforce the taxes? Corporations! But, who's going to regulate them? Corporations!
There are no taxes to enforce...

But I don't agree with every right in the constitution. Just because some guy 250 years ago thought that loving gunhead Joe next door should have his automatic assault rifle, I don't agree.
Automatic assault rifles did not exist 250 years ago.

But I convinced them to agree with it. So if they agree, and I agree, what's the problem? Just because they look back on it with regret, that's not my fault.
Exactly.

No one want to loving pay taxes.
So that's why libertarianism is good? You only pay for services you use.

So, if I convince an 8 year old to have love with me, it's fine, because we both want to do it. So who gives a forget if they are only a child, it's fine.

But then you say, the child can't make it's own decisions. Then who the forget does? Their dad? What if their dad is the one raping them?
Traumatizing a child is a violation of their personal liberties.

Yeah, but in this system apparently nobody has to pay taxes, so how are these services provided if no citizens are paying taxes or fees to any 3rd parties?
Who said that people wouldn't pay fees to 3rd parties? Instead of paying taxes you would pay a monthly fee to the company that provides that service.

So who pays for those services? Corporations aren't going to provide them for free.
Neither does the government. See: taxes.

That is to say, nothing in what you have said is defined. But, what if your personal liberties infringe on mine?
Then I am committing a crime.

What I don't understand about libertarianism is how does the government manage any public services? Somebody has to pay to somebody else.
The government doesn't handle public services. Name one personal service that cannot be privately owned.

Personal liberties? What are those?

What I'm saying is, your definition of personal liberties is different from mine. So I will restrict you from doing things that I do not think are personal liberties. And you will uphold the same restrictions on me.
No, that's not true. In this case, personal liberties refer to anything you desire to do that does not stop another human being from doing what they want to do.

Libertarianism is an idea that could not possibly work.
You are entirely wrong.

Complaining that government is bad is anarchy.
No. That's not true at all.

Also, NOW you represent libertarianism, but before you were not.
I've always been an outpoken libertarian on this forum.

What are personal liberties? That is YOUR arbitrary line. No one is forced to comply with it. But you aren't going to enforce it, because if anyone enforced their line, you would say forget no and try to shoot them with that RPG you own on "your own" property.
That would interfere with someone else's personal liberties, and would thus be a violation of law.

Nope, you rightfully own what you produce with your own hands.
Or purchase or are given.

No, it's not. Sorry, complaining that government, all forms of government, is bad (similarly to how rockslide was speaking) is anarchistic thought. It's not anarchy itself, obviously.
Rockslide admitted to being a libertarian earlier, and since libertarianism is a form of government, your statement is clearly false.

To clarify: libertarianism is the belief that each individual should be responsible for themselves. Each individual should be free to express their wishes and desires without government interference so long as those wishes and desires do not impede upon another individual's expression of their wishes and desires.

What isn't anarchy? THIS:Is the definition of anarchistic thought.

Also, throwing around insults doesn't help anyone.
No, that's not anarchist thought at all. Anarchy is the abolition of all government and laws. Libertarianism is a small government where individuals are free to express their personal liberties. This does not mean you can go steal your neighbors TV because you like it. That is still a crime. It means that if you want to speak your mind, you can do it without fear of oppression. If you want to smoke weed in the privacy of your house, you can do it. If you want to own a gun for your own protection, you can have it. Learn a bit about a political party before judging it, you would be shocked at how much it makes sense.

Why is the forums filled with anarchists?

Don't you think there is a reason why Anarchy never lasts? It's because most people don't like it.
It's not anarchy, you loving handicap.

I fully support rockslide.

So you're saying that you should own all of the property? And be free to do whatever you want? But, what about my property? And my liberties? You get all of them and I get none?
Are you even reading what he's saying? Do you know what Libertarianism is? He wants everyone to be free to do whatever they want, everyone to own their own property, and everyone to be able to utilize their liberties. Everybody gets all of them.
