If you aren't on Steam, deleting m.dts and allowing the launcher to redownload it may help.

Mediafire can occasionally redirect users regardless of what's clicked, browser settings or some ad blockers.

Updating your Nvidia drivers will most likely fix the rendering issue. Enable Borderless to select higher resolutions.
