There should be some artillery smoke to complement the howitzer. In various colors, the smoke travels far in height but doesn't expand in any other direction.

For gameplay purposes the plate carriers shouldn't completely stop any type of damage but only reduce it.

Plate Carrier looks very strange, too many magazines. Should make it four nicely sized ones on the bottom and an admin pouch above it.

10 min left. the house is voting on the proposed plan now.
this plan =
                 -raise dept limit (what dems wanted)
                 -no change in taxes (what reps wanted)
                 -huge spending cuts (what reps REALLY wanted and what dems REALLY hated)

looks like it will be a yes though.


the really bad thing is, republicans will look like the heros here around election time.
and we dont need any loving tea party in the white house.

No they won't, anyone who payed attention to the situation knows how loving stupid the republicans were acting this entire time. The only canidates anyone will almost take seriously is Gingrich or Romney but, even then, Obama has his 2nd term in the bag, there's just no way anyone else is getting in office.

Your arm isn't going to immediately  be disabled, you will still probably be able to shoot after getting hit in the arm, of course you won't be deadeye accurate and won't be able to for more than a couple shots but, with the adrenaline pumping through your body the feeling won't be instant.

use the gun as a way to keep them from bolting until the police arrive. only shoot if they pull out a weapon

I'm talking about if someone has a weapon and is inside of your house, there's no reason to kill someone if they're unarmed.

I don't see why you would want to shoot someone breaking into your house in the first place. Thieves are people, too. Not all of them are armed and ready to kill. :c

Plus, so much clean up afterwards. Blood and broken glass, oi, it's hardly worth the trouble.

That is honestly one of the stupidest things I've ever heard, if someone is breaking into your house they are not breaking in with good intent and it's safe to assume that they are willing to harm you and your family, I'd sleep soundly after shooting someone breaking into my house.

if it's in the arm, it still interferes with the major nerves that are, you know, controlling your arm. that would sure as hell throw off your aim.

Dude, if you're inside a house you aren't going to have trouble hitting someone else a couple meters infront of you.

if it hit them in the shoulder, their arm would be hurting too much for them to hit anything. despite what you see in the movies, one bullet isn't a flesh wound. it's still a hunk of metal inside of you, potentially severing major arteries and causing you a stuffload of pain

You're not going to instantly drop to the floor and die, if you're in a gun fight with someone else, adrenaline is pumping through your body, there is no thought of flight but only fight, you probably wouldn't even notice your first wound if it's in the arm or somewhere like that.

what i'm saying is that you don't need 3 bullets to kill someone if you're attacking them from the front, it only takes one

If that were true police wouldn't be trained to "double tap".

The M16 is not a shoddy rifle, it is a reliable weapon that served America well in Vietnam. Where are you getting this stuff? Have you ever seen or used a M16 outside of COD? Video games know nothing about guns.

M16 really is a shoddy rifle lol.

A civilian shouldn't need an automatic rifle, more bullets flying in less time only results in more collateral.
