The only way to fix this is to overtake badspots reign, and then remove the hosting feature, hire mods and admins, and have only your own servers set up.
But then you have to deal with corruption anyways....

Some other good tips are to have a control room with sevral events set up . For example in your base has some defence ports set up the weapons spawned from the control room .
