yea it wont let me run textures past normal so everything looks stuff
none of the other graphical settings give me enough leeway to change it

i can see the smurfing problem with silvers now as i am a smurf and i can definitely say ive only played maybe 1 match that didnt have smurfs on the other team and im still not ranked
