You can interact with things on their land. Yes, you cannot steal anything. Theft is 30k lp.

Unless you have Trespassing/Theft/Vandalism. It will then let you interact with their object/steal from them/destroy their things.

I was off looting when I found a big base and they had a chicken coop, thing was someone must have already been there and killed all the chickens which sucked. They said Hi and I said hi back, they asked me if it was my village and I said no, they said it wasn't theirs either. I thought they would not be any harm so I contenued looting when one just randomly shot me to a one hit KO.YOU WERE LOOKING THROUGH HIS BOAT LOL

While I was AFK some guy came by, and said "hi"
While I was away, he shot me. I made a MAD loving dash for the computer. Turns out he's trying to kill russians and stuff. His name is Quake. I told him about BraveHearts, the russian village up north west. That's where he was originally heading.
Him and his friend are breaking into it, and I asked if they could get me some stuff from there. I hope he can :D
