Modification Help / Re: How to client-sidedly get a player's position
« on: June 18, 2013, 02:17:48 PM »
I was wondering if there's a way to detect a player's position on the map on the client's side.
There is.
Which function or variables to you use to find a player's position/transform?
You have to figure that out yourself D:

I wonder what actually happens while the video is "processing"

You have no sufficient proof that I was ddosing the server due to this text right here.
You just admitted it with that post right there.

Help / Re: Failed to perform Bzip2 decompression
« on: June 18, 2013, 01:21:52 AM »
How are you posting here if you don't have a key? Anyways, I really don't know what to tell you, when I search that error almost all of the people who are encountering this problem are running linux/unix which isn't surprising considering its a common format used, where as Windows is mostly .zip)
It says bzip2 not zip

Add-Ons / Re: Server Rules (by Electrk) FIXED
« on: June 17, 2013, 01:48:48 PM »
I can't attach zip files to a post.

Then upload them to a file hosting site... are you stupid...

Also, if you actually looked in RTBR_ServerControl_Hook.cs... .....
Code: [Select]
//Load Real Module
if(!$RTB::Hooks::ServerControl)
   exec("Add-Ons/System_ReturnToBlockland/hooks/serverControl.cs");
So
Where is the point of this topic?

Btw, this change was not recent, it has been like this since rtb 4

General Discussion / Re: Add-Ons
« on: June 17, 2013, 10:01:16 AM »
These are the current demo restrictions:

  • Blockland will not execute any add-ons which are not in a CRC whitelist. Modifying default add-ons will not let them run.
  • You cannot use exec or eval in the console.
  • You cannot use the Custom gamemode.

There might be a few more restrictions, perhaps on -mod, but I'm not sure.
But default add-ons are add-ons

  • Marble Blast Ultra (it was a good game, seriously, why was it delisted)
It was removed because garagegames is gay and stole the developers rights to use the engine
There are windows ports though
