There is no fraction variable, it's for creating daycycles only.
What you could do is

serverCmdEnvGui_SetVar(%client, DayOffset, %fraction * daylength);

There is a way to directly get the length of the daycycle but I don't know it right now

Did anyone else notice the nameless window around the game, if you look closer you can see it was manipulated where a name should be.

Nah that's just windows xp being ugly is it

Because you wouldn't change a window title in an image editor you would do something else

Those are images of the bitmap. I want the exact code for that bitmap in your .GUI file.

I just created two new guibitmapborderctrls in gui editor, using the profiles I put in the OP
