Imagine if the code was a constant loop getting the position of every vehicle every tick on the server and then updating the vehicle according to the position. That would cause problems with 1 vehicle...

It doesn't do jack squat. Set them to read-only and you'll still have the default textures (I know this from past experience, and I would give you the quote from Badspot if I could find it).
You have to use User Content Alpha or your textures will not change.
I had an Intel graphics card a while back, and shaders worked fine!
