I was thinking of an achievement that the only way to get it is by directly calling whatever functions are responsible for the achievement unlock process (which would hopefully be somewhat obfuscated).

Right. They could have something in big bold letters say "Pressing 'I Agree' will allow us to steal your house and your family." and you'd still press 'I Agree.'

Because clicking the agree button let's you install your software yet it's not like you signed a contract or anything so who cares
