Off Topic / satanic message from sound bar

the sound bar in my room is set to 'LINE IN', so its supposed to be silent, because nothing is plugged in. But its not, it's extremely quietly playing "Renegade" by Styx.

there must be some message entailed in this, I hat to put my ear up to it for like 20 seconds to figure out what was making the noise.

Is server wide-playing music with equal volume everywhere (is that called ambient?) possible in Blockland? If so I might make a death race thing soon..

another question, can I play a full-length song with a wav or something if I require a client?

Off Topic / Making a server, need suggestions

so im converting an old home PC for use as a server, and i have all the neccesary hardware set up but i need hlep deciding which OS I should use.

linux is not out of the question, im leaning towards it because its so much lighter than windows.

windows server 2003 is an option.

this is a computer to hsot a blockland server by the way, simple stuff
