Stop flamming the new guys. Yes I get that we are all elitest forgets on this forum who look at some guy with under 100 posts immediately assume that he needs to be flamed. They don't need to earn your loving respect. As far as I'm concerned, you should be earning their's. But for those people who just post something in off-topic for various reasons, they get flamed for no reason at all. You take the smallest flaw in a new person and flame them for it. Yet many of us have bigger problems that are obvious and simply because we have been here for a longer time, we are not given the kind of stuff treatment that we should get. We don't need people to leave because some douchebags who wrecked it for them. They don't deserve it. If they are new and they screw up, be supportive and try to help them. People are not going to immedaitely know forum do's and don't's. They aren't going to immeiately think that bumping an old topic is a problem. To someone with no experiance in a forum, it isn't that big of a deal. Spamming emotes is another thing that a new person may not understand. Try and teach them how to act. Don't flame them for the smallest mistake. But some of them don't even do anything wrong and get flamed. And before you post, how many of you were flammed when you were new?
I don't care that there are other topics about this. You don't need to tell me to grow a pair; I'm saying what the newbs are unable to say.
