I'm not sure where to put this, so I'll put it here.

I am having trouble doing this. I looked all over google search, with failed results. It IS an image, because i can replace it with another image in the game I'm trying to mod and it changes. However, I just have no way to open it. Apparently it's an old image format for .jpgs in old games. How would I open it?
