If the story about the youth officer is true, he's an starfish, but as you admitted to exaggeration before, it certainly seems as if you're liable to do so again.
Keep going to the high school. Suck it up.

Things have changed. I have grown a pure hatred for this school.
A month ago my stress and hatred grew to the point of explosion. I 'threatened' (I use that term loosely) to do something to the school. On last period of a day a police officer came and brought me to the principal's office. They questioned me. They asked if I was trying to be 'cool' and trying to 'show off' my 'coolness', which of course I wasn't. They asked me if I had weapons or bombs, of course I said no, (and that's the truth) but of course who would believe someone a few months younger than adolescent?
The police officers and principal at first thought I was mentally insane, so a rude youth officer sent me to some far hospital to evaluate my mental health. They had me dress into a hospital gown, and searched me for weapons. I had to wait hours for a doctor to come and take my blood. Why would they need a blood sample? They already had me urinate into a bottle to, I guess, check for drugs. After half an hour my mother finally came. The police officers told her everything, including some false assumptions they made. She still supported me. She told me that she does not want me going to Geneva City Schools anymore.
So afterwards the youth officer sends me to a detention facility for the night. It was not that bad, the people were actually kind. Afterwards the youth officer sends me to family court. Luckily this court let me have an attorney. He was able to get me home after court, my mom and my oldest sister was there to bring me home instead of that rude youth officer, who after court, insulted me and my family.
Now I have five options for an education. Geneva City High School, a school for homicidal and suicidal students (Recommended by principal!), a new handicap program originally for middle school students but principal offered to send me there, new program which is less students andstress, and finally, homeschooling. My parents and me agreed on the new program which is less students and stress. My mom sent me there to observe and I loved it. They actually care about all of their students here instead of just the AP students.
But Geneva City High School grew a grudge on me and my family. While I was being questioned, the youth officer apparently went to my home, searched my computer, then went to the bathroom and 'smelled some urine'! So he uses the urine scent near the toilet as an excuse to bring Civil Protection on to my family! Now he, and Geneva City Schools, has them thinking I'm being abused by my parents. They have them going to Geneva City Middle School to question my little sister and told her "Do you realize that your parents do not care about your brother?". Luckily my sister does not believe them and now tells us what they say to her.
Then comes the next 2 court days. The first one was basically "lol we need MOAR evetdeuse so wait bby pls" and apparently the school had a video of me. The next one was basically asking me if I understood court, and explaining to me that I will likely only get probation. However on that same day Civil Protection questions my sister again and tells here that they will not stop until they gain passage into my home.
That is all for now. This is ongoing, I will update when something major happens. Just a word of advice, if you happen to stumble into Geneva, NY, do not go to/send your children to Geneva City Schools. Never. Ever.

I want to drop out because I have a problem with a couple teachers.
My science teacher (9th grade living environment, now (10th grade) earth science) gives an excessive amount of work. I had a huge binder that I use for every class, now this is the first time where I need a second binder just to hold a class. All of my other classes' work combined cannot even be compared to the wholly king of all binders, the Earth Science binder.
My counselor just insults me. He does not help me in any way, I've tried telling other people about this but they ignored me like I was some kind of a feeble mind who is just imagining all this crap.
Other teachers just teach things too fast or slow. For example, in Earth Science (yeah again) we were told that there are 15 hours of daylight in summer, 9 hours in winter, and 12 hours in fall and spring. Now, my teacher has us put these numbers in a chart just about every day. We get the point already! But sometimes teachers could go way too fast, like flashing a paragraph in front of you and expecting you to know everything about it the next day. Also, not to mention, some teachers just loving lie, just loving LIE about facts, and teach you false things.
I want to drop out so I could learn at my own pace and in my own time, and hell, maybe make it interesting for me. In fact, I already do this. My Earth Science teacher admits that I know a lot more about outer space then she does. My Learning Center/Study Hall teachers complement my highly organized binders.
I admit, I may have over-exaggerated on some information but the point is that public school is just not for me and I want to be homeschooled/learn on my own. My parents even support me but they cant homeschool me, and at my age (15) I can't even drop out, I'm forced to go there!
I just wanted to vent my anger and frustration. Discuss school and dropping out I guess.
