Less than a month? Give yourself some more time to figure things out before sounding like a huge n00b on the boards. Also, you said that it says "You are not the host." Are you actually the host? My first suspicion was that you had invaded someone's server and were attempting to un-admin them. This doesn't work.

Maybe you could only see the names of people on your team? I can't think of any problems that might arise (yet...) Wouldn't work in a standard mini though.

Perfect to Good grammar: I am a self proclaimed "Grammar national socialist." This pisses many people off.
How you aren't a n00b: I have been on BL for a reasonable amount of time, don't spam, and understand building (at least basically).
One way how to not be a n00b: Use proper grammar and correct spelling. Also getting guns and shooting everbody is not a good way to endear yourself to the community.
