This is good block killer.
Of course there is much room for improvement but don't let what others say discourage you. They are just used to seeing great builds.
I would rate this a 5/10 because for one, you didn't use a million 1x1's for the walls.
Also your stair well has a banister. Not many people remember to add that, it will surprise you.
Keep up the work, I hope to see improvement on your next design.

There is a time and place for everything, and right now is certainly not the time to be talking about USSR.
I've decided I won't be re-applying to the clan until MotE figures out their priorities.
In my opinion you guys first need a new structure of rules. If not, then you need to enforce your pre-existing rules.
Elitism is something I can't stand, I get annoyed when I see a fellow member berate a new player for no reason other than for fun or because they aren't a well-rounded builder.
Banings need to be kept to a minimum. Seriously, I've seen people getting banned because someone could hold their own in an argument. When the admin loses or is losing the argument, they justify themselves with a ban.
That's not how it works.
Also it's not a matter of recruiters resigning as MotE needs new recruiters in general.
Organization is key, don't get off topic. This is a serious issue for clan members.
As Ronin has said this hierarchy is a mess. If someone has a certain rule over others, state it on the main page. From what I understand TheGeek is either Randy's right hand man or just under him in rankings.
I believe the only person whom has say over anything is Randy, everyone in the clan deserves an equal amount of respect from each other. If you don't get along with each other then I don't see the point of your membership.
This is just another form of elitism within the clan.
Lastly, a lot of members need to grow up.
Don't think of any of the above stated as an insult. These are true problems within the clan that need to be ironed out.

I think 2x1's look better than 1x6x5's or larger pieces like that.
No it's not just supposed to look good but that does count a great deal.
Effective and clever brick usage is what really counts.
Until you have learned how to use all of the bricks for the smoothest look and detail,
you aren't ready for MotE.

This is pathetic. I see people saying they are being "forced to build" or somewhere along the lines of "I'm not creative/inspired enough."
You aren't being forced to build. If you want to stay in the clan, make something. If not, don't.
That's the choices given to you.
Whether this is good or bad you're opinion isn't what will get you in the clan.
Your whining and complaining over your creative capability will only hinder you more so.
We may lose some clan mates, but the ones who are lost are more than likely what was keeping the clan held back.
Anyways, I hope the ones that have their heads stuck up their ass's will get an enema and reapply.
No one in the clan wasn't talented. Many in the clan weren't talented enough, or just lazy.
Clan Purge2 is necessary for our current recruiters made bad choices.
My only problem would be the clan needs new recruiters.

All applicants will need to submit their builds before a certain date. That date of course hasn't been given yet, but until then from what I understand you can.

Many members are jerks who need to learn it is not all about them. Your gaining members left and right, sure they are great builders, but there should be some sort of limit.
I really think that blockland needs more expert builder clans. If I put effort into it, I have no doubt I could get into MotE, but wile it would mark me as a good builder, I don't also want to be marked as a jerk.

You can't make it into MotE. Not to dampen your building ego but you are one of the most unoriginal blocklanders to date.
Lastly, being in MotE may "mark" you as a good builder but don't let one members attitude towards you or anyone else represent MotE as a whole. Stereo-typing is so 19th century.
