There is only like 250 people online, and in 2013 there was probably like 600-900 people online, playing on a server. So, is Blockland dying?

i cant take this anymore. When ever i play for 10 minutes it says "blockland.exe has stopped working". This happened last night and i could not recover my city i made. please help me i need help. i re-installed the game. It has not done anything. help!
