Have you ever tried getting dwarves to cage, let alone tame, or try and train the carp, in the kennels, on land?
There's no chance of this happen for multiple reasons:
1. I'm never going to attempt to use the watery menace for my own purposes
2. I've killed all the carp
3. Carp drown in air
4. I use magma moats
5. I've accidentally filled the river with magma anyway

You can do it, you need 4/7 water, or was it 3/7? I forget now, someone had done it, but it was awhile ago.

It's almost encouraging, my time spent playing Dwarf Fortress has told me that Cats are an ideal source of food. Kittens are better.

If not, there is always the option of making War sea kittens(Carps), to fill your moats with.

I play on the PC, but I don't see how FPS on the consoles are worse, I can play those perfectly fine, and I still enjoy them.

I own to the PC version, but people need to be more, "To each, his own".

Everyone prefers one way to play, the only reason they don't have the updates is due to Microsoft not letting them give free updates, so they are waiting to release all the updates first, to sell everything later.

Better deal for a better price than it would of been if they scrached that.
